The program is open to small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups from the Zlín Region. We accept applications throughout the year, the capacity of participating companies is limited. If your company successfully passes the initial analysis, we can offer you tens of experts, especially in the areas of:
- Business development – strategic management and business development.
- Organization – setting internal processes, increasing productivity, optimizing the use of human potential and production resources.
- Cooperation – creating strategic partnerships with companies, universities and other organizations facilitating the sale of technologies, products or services.
- Financing – financing strategy, mediation of access to investors and public resources.
We offer your company consultations of 40 hours (1st phase) and up to 80 hours (2nd phase, 50% co-financing).
